ERNESTINE is a place for active and social life in the prestigious Āgenskalnā district.
Āgenskalns is one of the most demanded neighborhoods of Riga where almost everyone would like to live. Our 17-apartment building in Āgenskalns will have underground parking lots, surrounded by Melnsils, Kapseļu and Slokas streets. Kalnciema Quarteris just a few steps away from the project. The Quarter has been developed successfully for several years, and it is a venue of a variety of events on weekdays and on holidays. But still, it is located far enough away to disturb the quiet life of the tenants of the building. The well-developed surrounding infrastructure offers the advantages of the city advantages at your doorstep - public transport, several schools, kindergartens, shopping centers. Our 5-storey building has underground parking lots for residents. Each apartment has a balcony. The building has an elevator.
Four apartments available on the first floor:

Four apartment available on the 2nd to 4th floor:
2 three-room apartments; 1 two-room apartments; 1 four-room apartment
There is 1 four-room apartment on the mezzanine floor with a larger terrace along the entire perimeter of the building.
It is planned to build a playground for children on the land plot, design the territory with decorative plants and place waste containers
PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
There is a number of preschool educational institutions near Ernestīne Street:
- Riga Āgenskalns Pre-school institution
- PII Sprīdītis
- PPII Perspektīva ABC
Private kindergartens and a Montessori kindergarten are located within a short walking and driving distance.
The following schools are located under 16 minutes’ walking distance from the project ERNESTINE:
- Āgenskalns State Gymnasium is within 2 minutes’ walking distance
- Riga Secondary School No. 53 can be reached within 5 minutes
- It takes 6 minutes to reach Riga Dome Choir School
- Pāvuls Jurjāns Music School is within 10 minutes’ walking distance
- Riga Secondary School No. 61 is 16 minutes’ walk away
A few more schools are a little farther way. There is no need to wait for public transport because walking is faster and much more comfortable.
There are no public transport routes on Ernestīnes Street; however, there is a rather wide range of public transport in the neighbourhood:
- A stop on Kapseļu Street: Trolleybus No.: 5; 9; 12; 25
- Melnsila iela: Bus No.: 22; 32; 35; 43; 53
- Kalnciema iela : Tram No.: 1
- It takes under 10 minutes to get to the Riga Old Town by car
Shopping mall Spice and Spice HOME are just 9 minutes’ drive away from the project. The shop is under 40 minutes’ walk away if you prefer walking in warm weather, and 15 minutes by public transport. The famous Āgenskalns market is very close to the project, just within 12 minutes’ walking distance. Currently, the market is being reconstructed and operates as the open-air market. Reconstruction is expected to be finished at the end of 2021.
